But I thought they just combine it to Hovdstaden (cmiiw)? So today there's no more "Frederiksberg Municipality" and "Copenhagen Municipality"?

Well the two municipalities are part of Hovedstaden, and the two municipalities still exist. Hovedstaden is also the name of 1 of our 5 five regions, and Region Hovedstaden is MUCH bigger.

Nah, people/youth in this part of the country isn't really known for smoking a lot of weed.

Smoking tobacco kills thousands and thousands of people a year here, alcohol kills thousands and thousands of people a year, XTC kills...7-8 people a year (in the Netherlands), yet you can get your cigarettes and alcohol in basically every supermarket, but XTC - the stuff of which the main effect is basically that you become one big happy hugging machine - is illegal.

 

XTC is actually ranked very low in terms of danger, way under tobacco, alcohol, a ton of different kind of drugs and even weed
