For some reason American, African and Asian countries always build new stadiums for sporting events but europeans cant, it is due to budgeting/economic issues?

I think the weirdest part is they didn’t build it for full athletics programme. Instead of they choose mix of events. 😅

for people who complain about program , they cancelled some sports because of the low  number of participating , we have good chance here to get medals in women's boxing but they can't make a tournament with 4-5 boxers ...also only Europeans have teams of mixed sports , + aquaSports are moved to the mediterranean beach games 

 

remember these games are more charged than european games of baku without athletics / swimming

5 stadiums were under construction here , they finished this one to host the games, it's a complexe  with multisport hall, swimming pool ...etc
