Here are the medal standings if you only include Olympic events. Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile take the biggest hit of the top 10 nations. Cuba ends up passing Colombia while Canad passes Mexico in the overall rankings. Further down, Costa Rica, Aruba and El Salvador also take big hits. Barbados, Bolivia, and Nicaragua lose all of their medals.
