:CUB and :URU are in the finals of the quad sculls for men. So one of them is guaranteed a full quota in men's sculls.

 

:ARG :CUB and :USA all qualify in women's quad sculls (Chile qualified for the final, guaranteeing the final has 5 boats that are not qualified) :CAN :BRA :URU are the next 3 best times in the heats. Two additional boats will qualify.

M1x: :BRA  :CAN  :DOM  :ECU  :ESA  :GUA  :NCA  :PAR  :PER   :VEN - 12 NOC's different from the ones qualified in M4x could have been awarded quotas, so 2 quotas will be reassigned.

 

M2x: :BRA  :CAN  :PAR  :PER  :VEN - 8 NOC's additional to the ones qualified in M4x could have been awarded quotas; since we were three boats short, 6 quotas will be reassigned.

 

M4x/2x/1x: :ARG  :CHI  :CUB  :MEX  :USA  :URU

Exactly; the qualification document is messy as hell, sbut after doing some math, the numbers above match the total sports quota.

 

Almost everyone here will be qualified with a further 2 quotas in men's to be reassgined due to a lack of boats in M2-, so in reality onlt LM2x will have an interesting B final.

 

I do hope :CAN & :VEN will be assigned additional athletes so they can compete in M4x, as well as :MEX & :URU in W4x.
