I've said this before but if boxing wants to keep a place at the Olympics it really has to dump the IBA and  form a new world governing body very quickly

I know it's a little late now, but...

How on earth is that even possible? The eligibility criteria are just 'tested' at some random moment during the event, not to see if you are allowed to start, but to see if you were allowed to start?
