France is still almost 10 points ahead (and GBR + BEL are definitely uncatchable anymore, if nothing really crazy happens), which means 2 jumping faults and a double time fault (or 3 fences)...

 

it's gonna be an interesting final, but I don't think we have a real shot at the Olympic Quota...once again...:facepalm::wall:

Looks like it will be Italy vs Ireland at the Nations Cup Final for the final available quota place... Nobody else should have a chance there.

For some reason the commentators keeps pronouncing Henri Ruoste like a French name. I'm confused, do they speak French in Finland or something? :p

81.3% for Dufour. Had she done that in the team event, Denmark would have celebrated silver. But now she can hope for individual medal.

 

Always interesting when someone improves so much after the team test. :p

      In last year, we were were happy with Brignone's wins, and today we're excite that della Mea is in the top 10... It's hard to imagine a bigger fall... And Goggia should give up on the giant slalom and focus on the speed events – Vonn isn't wasting time on the giant slalom, but is training for downhill and SG. Goggia last one finished on the podium in the giant slalom in march 2018, and she has no any chance of winning an Olympic medal at the regular competition. It's a waste of time and energy to finish 8th or 9th and risk injury. And we have to accept that without Brignone, we have no chance of winning a medal in the giant slalom in Cortina, and that's it.

      Some surprises and fun results so far at this year's Worlds. Like a few minutes ago, when  Harrysson made the 1/8 with another very good performance. Now he plays Jonny Clayton, who this afternoon made a stellar performance in a tough battle with Zonneveld. I don't see an easy match for Clayton, even though on paper he would have wished such an opponent for a 1/8 before the tournament.   Also i'm delighted that my fav Gary Anderson seems to be in good form, though at his age, he is prone to sudden bad matches at any time.
