First poll of Day 2 in Paris. Enjoy! Waiting for your comments. Is there anyone you would add as "any other" option?

Here are my predictions

Swimming: Women’s 100m Butterfly: Gold- Maggie MacNeil :CAN, Silver- Torri Huske :USA, Bronze- Emma McKeon :AUS / Sarah Sjoestrom :SWE

Swimming: Men’s 400m Individual Medley: Gold- Leon Marchand :FRA, Silver- Carston Foster :USA, Bronze- Daiya Seto :JPN

Changed my mind actually ignore my vote on poll.

Gold- Adam Peaty :GBR, Silver- Nicolo Martinenghi :ITA, Bronze- Nic Fink :USA (Sorry Michael Andrew. Still one of my favorite swimmers.)

Edited by Josh

Andrius Sidlauskas is doing surprisingly well! First medal for :LTU in Paris???

I intend to vote here. However, on women's 100 fly my vote would go to Kate Douglass, but there is no ''any other athlete'' option.

Josh, you asked me about it, I think next poll will be next week. I need to come back home and do some research. Judo and fencing will be next probably, so i know - phelps, you will not vote but i’ll be waiting for your opinion.

have a good weekend, everyone!

Thanks for voting!

Our results are:

SWIMMING - Men's 100m Breaststroke

1. Adam Peaty GBR

2. Andrius Sidlauskas LTU

3. Nicolo Martinenghi ITA

First gold for Team GB!

And first medal for Lithuania in Paris, next one in Women's 100m Breast???

SWIMMING - Men's 400m Individual Medley

1. Leon Marchand FRA

2. Daiya Seto JPN (T)

3. Duncan Scott GBR (T)

Allez Les Bleus! First gold for the hosts in these polls!!!

No medal for USA in this event is quite a surprise imo. I think Carson Foster may be the strongest opponent for Marchand and should get a medal.

SWIMMING - Women's 100m Butterfly

1. Margaret Macneil CAN

2. Torri Huske USA (T)

3. Emma McKeon AUS (T)

First gold for CAN!

Macneil in comfortable lead, but there was a close battle for positions 2nd to 8th.

    • I hope they can kick teqball and convince the North Koreans to play the real deal  (very unlikely, I know(   Obstacle racing on the other hand, it should be a compulsory sport of the ABG

    • Oops. I must have misunderstood. I could have sworn I saw her jogging in a field of other men. I assumed she had caught up to some of the slower men. (I admittedly wasn't watching closely.)
    • The women started earlier, it was a race without any men participating.
    • Looking forward to this competition starting tomorrow! Will be nice to see some other countries participate. USA women start with Namibia tomorrow.
    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
