Another unbelievable failure and ill luck in the W skeet..our two shooters finished 8th and 9th first 2 under the line with the young Sýkorová only 1 point behind the shoot-off missing her maybe "lifetime" chance for Olympics... this is becoming to really be absurd...

 

I don´t know what to think about these games, but they will be ceratinly remembered in Slovakia for many years as the most disastrous sport event in the history of our country

But qualifying for the finals alone wasn't enough for the Olympics. In most cases you also needed to win a gold or silver medal, and expecting something like that from Sykorova or Jany was just unrealistic.

Maybe you are right..Tužinsky was the closest, but like always here in Minsk it somehow went in the wrong way at the end..

 

but anyway, still, I can not help myself, I am missing that joyfull feeling from a multi sport event, this one is for me only about never ending frustrating outcomes and near losses and sad olympic quotas failures from every single athlete in every single event..
