First road racing action of the year comes up tomorrow morning - the Australian National Criterium and Road Races on Discovery Player, overnight and in the early hours of Friday, Saturday & Sunday morning.

UCI accepting this idiotic last kilometer in San Juan

 

 

You've got a super straightforward strage, basically going straight ahead for 140km, and then in the last kilometer - when the peloton is in full sprint mode - all of a sudden there's a split in the road which wasn't fenced off, so they still had to choose a left or right

Road furniture in the last Km, someone spraying the peloton with a hose just ahead of that, questionable television direction; the Vuelta a San Juan is in full swing

It was poor but Remco also missed the crossover that most of the peloton didn’t, including his team mates Lampaert and Morkov who were behind him

Peter Sagan announced this will be his last season. After 2023 he will retire from Road Cycling..
