In the entry lists for this week's World Cups in Cali, Plovdiv and Acapulco there are still no (Bela-)Russian athletes, but Ukraine athletes, so it seems that the FIE still did not found a solution how to handle this case (i.e. most fencers are connected to CSKA and Dynamo, both linked to the Russian army).

8th place for generational talent Colin Heathcock. Right now I’d give him a 50 % chance to medal in Paris.

Really unfortunate that he decided to start for USA instead of Germany. Not so many generational talents in German fecing at the moment....:(
