She actually was a mountain biker until a serious heart condition forced her to stop immediately (followed by, after a long time, basically a piece of metal being inserted in her heart* that's still there and thanks to which she was able to get back to being an athlete....rolling into the world of winter sports, mixing it for a short while and then saying goodbye to MTB - for now)
