Yeah,the Lithuanian olympic comitee felt the need to cry about it recently,even though let's be real no Lithuanians would be invited there anyways.

I don't see it lasting to be honest...but, for what its worth, I can see the 'West' turning more and more to Middle East allies to keep their own properties afloat.

As far as I can tell, Jhuskarly Patricia Becerra Montesinos  became the first refugee athlete to win a medal at the (Youth) Bolivarian Games. She'll box for the gold medal later today

Karlsruhe  has applied to host The World Games 2029.

Warner Bros. Discovery will have the European (and maybe some parts of Asia) broadcast rights for next years' summer anf winter World University Games.
