And not at all by decades of neglect of fire hazards by incompetent Marxist politicians, no sirreee bob.  Everyone knows it is wind that causes fires, which is why we get so many in the north of Scotland.

Was saying on one of the other threads that the Russian первый снег first snow cross country events were already like January in Finland.  It's going to be cold in Europe.
