we've been lucky to escape quarters and semis thanks to our big bats, but against NED it was obvious that we needed at least a decent performance from our pitchers...and it didn't happen, as expected...

 

I'd like to say that we're going to take our revenge at the OQT, but tbh I fear that next time round things can only get worse than this week...

 

with thse pitchers, there's no chance we get the Olympic Quota place...

I watched baseball only via USA movies but even then i didnt have precise picture about what is going on.

Maybe its difficult and time consuming but i would be more than gratefull if someone can explain those basic rules in order to follow the game. Or to post a link with something similar. So, something like tutorial.

Thats what i need. 

I am total begginer in this so searching web without any assistance would be painfull experience. 

But this is another story.

especially that video is done very well...

 

one thing about the written article...they say the bats can be alluminum or wood...nowadays the bats are always only made of wood...alluminum bats are only used in the NCAA (the US college system) and in Softball...
