There were few glitches here and there for Thompson, which pushed the score down. Should have been ahead of Brown tbh. Advantage Australia.

Trouble for Australia as Mary Hanna has withdrawn from competition.

Now every score will have to count for them, just as it does for their rivals from Japan and New Zealand.

Hughues got pissed here at the Danish audience clapping. :p

Shouldn't matter really. If your horse spooks at people clapping, then it's a hole in your training. End of story.

I'm sure the British team will file a complaint however...

Dinja van Liere takes the lead. It was good, but I was not that impressed. Don't let the Dutch selectors fool you. This ride was their expected strongest. :d

Sadly, Carina & Danciera are not quite on their Tokyo/Leipzig form. Still enough to go just above Rasmussen.

Nightmare ride for Holzer whose Valentine stops in the first piaffe, refuses in the second.

Danish audience clapping at the end was a bit much in this case. :p

At any rate, the USA is on the back-foot now. Duerrhammer's 70.8% will have to count. This puts them 2% behind Spain in 6th place. Would be absolutely awful for Pan America if they failed to qualify here.

No idea why the two best Dutch riders Gal and Minderhoud are not participating in this World Cup. Tomorrow two riders that I have never heard of will start. That doesn't bode well. I don't think the Netherlands will even make it to the top 6.

    • c'mon! KOR dq in the men's relay is really a farce, a disgrace for the sport...and ITA have nothing to do with that
    • The only ones complaining about the short track refs are Italians, imo. Not even on this forum, but in general, from what I've been seeing on live chats and other social media sites. That says a lot to be honest. I suspect it's partially due to them not performing to the high standard they're expected to perform at especially at the Olympics. The refs make a lot of mistakes for everyone, there's no bias against or towards anyone    Plus, Italy have won 6 medals already.... the most you've won at a Worlds since 2016.
    • For me they gave Canada the gold in the relay in exchange for a 1000-meter dsq gold for Dandjinou, that's how I see it. It was a battle between Kor and Can on 2 of this case. It's hard to say why that last dsq for Kor was in relay? Of course, Italy win bronze thanks for that, but that's not really important. It would have been better if the referees had just stayed out of the results and left it as it was decided for fight on the ice.

    • the quata for europe or australia is from the primer 12, where the top 20 teams will participate, sadly  is the 21th team so the only slight chance for us in my opinion is if: we get top 2 at the european championship (not including  hopefully if they get the quata), then somehow win the final qualification tournament against i assume  and one of    the chances for us are slim, i think about 4 other team sports  have a better chance in in my opinion(and the most team sports we ever had was one, and it was the last two time after a long time )
