It should've been McMorris anyways, he had the best run of the day and Canada still should've gone 1-2-3

I agree, but McMorris had the best run of the day and should have gotten gold. Yiming got the hometown bump and should have been below both of them. Canada got robbed of gold the two previous, so I'm fine with how it worked out. 

 

Sort of how Cockburn got screwed out of a medal in trampoline in 2012, and then MacLennan got a controversial gold in 2016. Pay back. 

 

I'm also hoping for some favourability in short track in Italy, after some home town calls in Korea and China the last two rotations. But I'd rather Canadians just win outright.
