Vithya Ramraj on her way to gold medal bettered PT Usha's 400m hurdles meet record of 56.80 seconds set in 1985.

 Vithya clocked 56.23 seconds at 63rd Nat Open Athletics Championships in Bengaluru.

    • There are things I find pathetic, but saying a competition is unnecessary right after you don't qualify for it is the typical display of a loser. Pietro Maschio, when Conegliano qualifies for the Club World Cup next time, should refuse to participate like the Polish clubs do and stop spouting nonsense.
