Maybe, but to be fair Algeria, Egypt and Tunisia have already qualified in that event. The only major nation missing from the entry list is Senegal (maybe Cote d'Ivoire and Ghana since they are entered in many events too)

Definitely, South Africa will reject the continental quota, and then handed the berth over to Ivory Coast.
