If the Netherlands beats Poland, and Russia and Finland both lose, they all end up with a 2-7 record. Who gets to go to the world champs then?

Than DSC (Draw Shot Challange) will decide, I believe. Right now Russia is the best in this statistic from this three teams, Finland is right behind it and Netherlands has bigger loss. But there still one match left for all of them so it can change. Here is DSC classification: http://ecc2018.worldcurling.org/data/CUR_ECCA2018P/Men's_Teams/00~Session_0/C76D~Draw_Shot_Challenge.pdf

It's also possible that best of this three teams will get 7th place and another two had to play tiebreaker.

Curling has dropped tie-breakers. I think you are right that they will use DSC to determinate 7th place. 1-7 will qualify for the 2019 World Men's Curling Championship. If the scenario mentioned above happens, the highest ranked team of the three in DSC will secure the 7th place, and a spot for 2019 WCH. The 2 other teams will qualify for 2019 World Qualification Event.

Netherlands won, Finland lost, Russia is leading against Italy 10:6 after 9 ends, so scenario from yesterday is very possible (almost sure). In that case Russia will finish at 7th place, Finland at 8th and Netherlands at 9th.

We still don't know who will be fourth semifinalist, Norway or Germany (Switzerland has no chance because of DSC).

EDIT:

It's Germany!
