As @intoronto said, an athlete already qualified can't obtain a new quota for their country. So no woman from USA can qualify in skeet.

The quota goes to the highest ranked athlete that has yet to qualify a quota. The athlete must also reach the MQS during the qualification round.

 

Overall the United States should claim the most quotas, though Cuba and Mexico could pick up a couple too. Other nations will have chances too.
