Django Lovett with a 2.18m SB in men’s high jump! :hug: (competition still ongoing)

He’s been struggling with injuries lately (at least according to the commentators), so it’s good to see him not only back and competing, but clearing marks like these.

Edit: Close last attempt at 2.23m, but not to be (they didn’t show the first two)

CANADIAN RECORD ALERT!!!

Savannah Sutherland absolutely DEMOLISHES her previous PB (and NR) set in prelims, with a MONSTER 53.26 in the women’s 400m hurdles the NCAA Championships! :hyper::cheer:

That time is incredible. Does Canada have any chances to qualify the mixed 4x400 team left? Our runners just seem to be improving so much.

Maybe Athletics Canada will gather our strongest runners at Olympic Trials to try and record a qualifying time, but it’s quite unlikely IMO.

If Canada had one more male under 45 seconds, I would say they should try for a spot

Frustrating that they were less than a second off qualifying in the Bahamas without their best (specifically Morales Williams). I know it's harder to get the gang together to rise in the rankings now.

Still hoping the women can finally move up.
