Wait. what is this ? Did they changed the rules once again or what is going on ? why the 3-5 after the qualification are paired and going to the shoot-off with the three girls tied on 6th place after the qualification

Anyone to explain this ?

3rd-5th were probably tied. All ties in top 6 have to be resolved with shoot-off before the final with new rules.

So it actually means 2 different Shoot-Offs for 3rd to 5th place ? and another one for the last qualifying spot ? Is this really necessary ?

They change the format, it's necessary. If in the final we have the same amount of point we'll haven't a shoot-off but the positions will be decide with the qualification rank
