Altra giornata positiva per l'Italia del biathlon ma che termina ancora una volta con un pò di amaro in bocca. Ottima prestazione nella sprint femminile per lo squadrone azzurro che sfiora la medaglia con Lisa Vittozzi, 24enne azzurra, ma se la vede sfuggire per soli tre decimi. Grazie alla quinta clamorosa posizione di Federica Sanfilippo, l'Italiaè l'unica nazione a piazzare due atlete nella top5, neanche la corazzata francese e quella teutonica sono riusciti nell'impresa. Solo 21esima la "veterana" Dorothea Weirer, ad oltre un minuto dalla prima. Ci sono le possibilità per sognare nell'inseguimento per Vitozzi e Sanfilippo, intanto domani ci sono gli uomini :fingers:

Omar Sacco, commissario tecnico della FISI per la sezione bob, ha diramato oggi i convocati per il mondiali di Koenigssee che si svolgeranno tra una settimana. Purtroppo nessuna azzurra convocata, un assenza importante che fa arretrare di anni luce il movimento bobbistico rosa.

      we already have something like that...it's the regular world championships!   I mean, if we spread the Games all around the Globe, we completely lose the fascination of a single great multi-disciplinary event in a single place (more or less, given that some sports are always held far away from the actual Olympic City)   it's just another thing, it's not the Olympic Games anymore   if that's to be the case, I'd rather prefer the single championships to be well spread through the whole year, so to be able to watch the most of them without losing hours of sleep
