Yeah, the schedule favours Mexico, it's not impossible, but we'll probably need to win some team events oppose to finishing second. Cuba also has a chance at catching us, but a few more golds might place them out of reach.

 

As for total medals I think Brazil has it, thanks to swimming.

Our rowers come through with 2 golds, moving Canada back into 3rd for now.

 

Looking at the schedule and what's gone on so far, today could be a big day for Canada.  Quite a few chances in athletics, archery, wrestling and some others.
