  1. That was a good trade (although I would still have preferred the Netherlands Antilles to still be an entity on it's own, including Olympic participation, small countries for the win )
  2. Ah yeah, I forgot about the Anguilla thing. Still, especially in Francis' case I was disappointed to see a 'small' nation lose such a talented athlete to a 'big' nation.
  3. Didn't Zharnel Hughes and Miguel Francis do the same?
  4. Now let's hope the Brits won't steal him
  5. 47.80 WL for Kyron McMaster of the British Virgin Islands yesterday in Jamaica at the 400m hurdles
  6. Surprising, I thought Mandy or Fränk would have won at least one stage as well
  7. Nice sprint by a whole group of anti-sprinters
  8. Ouch, nasty fall from Kangert.
  9. Gaviria once again showing he is much more than just a sprinter, by getting into the lead group Definitely more a Sagan-kind of sprinter than a Kittel-kind of sprinter (more versatile, like Sagan, although probably with a faster top speed and a bit less strong in classic terrain).
  10. Cannondale proving again to be the most useless team in the entire World Tour
  11. WTF what a last laps
  12. Martin down while in the lead, then Fenati down while in the lead, Antonelli down from 3rd place....this is a weird race
  13. Turn 2-3 in Moto3 resulted in a crash in the 1st lap between Norrodin, Kornfeil, Dalla Porta and Suzuki. Riders ok, bikes were cleared and no need for a red flag or anything....until the field came back around one lap later and discovered there was still a little bit of oil, so this happened
  14. His mistake was thinking he could gain some time on Dumoulin, now he's broken
  15. It's the Dumoulin show, what the hell
  16. It's busy in Dumoulin's wheel
  17. Dumoulin is having a hard time and so is Pinot.
  18. Kruijswijk smells the 3rd week and suddenly he's getting better
  19. Igor Anton's attacks
  20. So, time for arguably the most boring stage of all and a huge slap in the face of Fausto Coppi and Marco Pantani. The Giro is officially honouring those two legends with today's stage (Coppi's birthplace as the town where they start and finish on Oropa where Pantani has his legendary run in 1999), but they're doing it in the worst possible way. Flat roads of nothing, more flat roads of nothing, more flat roads of even more nothing and then a climb where it's highly unlikely that the race will 'explode'. And all that in a weekend....congratulations Giro d'Italia course setters, you've made a complete fool out of yourself today.
  21. Because Etna showed that mountains guarantee a spectacular stage
  22. If you found this specific sprint of his boring, you better stop watching sprints at all
  23. What a sprint Gaviria with his 4th and what an epic sprint it was by the young Colombian
