  1. Belarus actively helped staging the invasion. That's the last place Ukraine would go to negotiate!
  2. Some interesting intel If true there's hope though it will certainly be a tough time!
  3. : Meh. Good job by the ice hockey teams, Dyrbye in the slalom and Ukaleq in biathlon. The speed skaters very disappointing and the women's curling team below expectations as well. : Great but not fantastic. Sure record numbers of medals and gold, but it was the worst championship for the Cross-country team in more than 10 years and some other top athletes underperformed as well.
  4. The Danish football league just restarted this weekend. 5 rounds before splitting into 2 halves and my team is just below the split at the moment. But we just announced Jack Wilshere as a new player today. And of course the real start of the cycling season next week with Omloop and Kuurne next weekend. Not to forget plenty of winter sports world cups still to come. The indoor athletics world championships will be another highlight as well.
  5. But that had absolutely nothing to do with us getting nobody in the final. Stefan followed the wrong guy meaning he had no chance even as one of the faster guys and Viktor should have been in the first break.
  6. And that's Sweden's best Winter Games secured!
  7. They didn't go for the extra ends. It was 2 or bust. Guess he didn't believe in stealing one in the extras.
  8. Got myself a lovely positive COVID-test meaning that I'll be home for the last days. Guessing that I'll get up during the 2nd period of the women's ice hockey final followed by the ski cross with some curling or alpine skiing in the background. Then it'll most likely be Nordic Combined, possibly with speed skating on a 2nd screens and in the end Sweden's semi in the curling.

  14. I think I'll take the 1st run of the women's giant slalom for the breakfast. After work the 2nd run and the biathlon will be the first 2 events as they are the ones with greatest risk of getting spoiled by Social Media. After that I guess I'll watch the main competitors in the downhill, some highlights from the hockey matches with Denmark and Sweden and the curling if Sweden make it. In the end I may watch some short track and luge.
  15. Niskanen showing why this event isn't quite dead. A classical expert can run away during the first half and lose it in the 2nd. Happy to see Poromaa at a high level again
