  1. Hoped for Emil Hallundbæk in the Europeans.
  2. I won't be watching a second but high hopes for Zoopreme
  3. The Danish shooting federation tried getting mixed 50m prone into the schedule.
  4. But as long as we have extras in wrestling (Greco-roman) we need extra women somewhere else.
  5. Picking up tickets during the games is absolutely possible. Was lucky getting to the men's handball final that way in London while I also believe several national resellers had tickets to spare during the games.
  6. If it ends up close to that I would certainly prioritize the second half if I won't be able to go for the full length of the games.
  7. When it comes to buying tickets, I believe EU still has rules giving us in the EU the chance of buying from other nations in the EU, including the main ticketing site. I think I only got 3 or 4 of my tickets in 2012 from Denmark (and one was won in a contest) and the rest from the official site.
  8. I don't think there'll be massive interest in here for golf (which I'll certainly try getting a ticket for)
  9. Equestrian in Herning just before the ISSF Championships, I believe!
  10. I'm planning to go as well. Like dcro I would say go for a maximum of 2 events per day and seriously consider if it's smart to go for 2 if one is some distance from the central parts, especially if you're going for handball (which is in Lille) And don't expect to get all the tickets you hope. I got little less than half the tickets I tried getting for the 2012 Games. Managed to add some later but ended up with jus 1½ week in London and not the full duration. And certainly. Be quick getting a room when it's possible about a year before. I wouldn't be that worried about transportation a long time before other than making sure you can make it from one venue to another if you go for more than one event a day. And last, consider going for something you wouldn't think you would watch. I had a blast when I spontaneously got tickets for MTB and women's freestyle wrestling in London!
  11. A bit from the Danish afterparty at the Danish embassy https://www.instagram.com/p/CSSTmiGhhRH/ If you don't hear it, they're singing Gidsel's on fire!
  12. . Rate the performance on a scale of 1-10 I'm going with an 8/10. 2nd best since 1948 2. What were the suprises and heartbreaks ? Rowing both had the biggest surprise and the biggest heartbreak. Felt so terrible for Sverri missing the medal while men's pairs were of course the one massive upset! Felt very sorry for Sara Slott ending her carreer with a fall as well. 3.Was your country's goal achieved? More than just achieved 4. Which are the sports that will be invested more in future? Considering the results canoeing and sailing could possibly be in for a raise. Especially sailing where IQ foils are already more popular in Denmark than the RS:X's. Meanwhile swimming could be in serious trouble!
  13. The women's laser run was on one of the main channels here in Denmark. Didn't notice if the men's was.
  14. The schedule in the bid book had badminton in the 2nd week, I believe. Would be new if they keep it that way.
  15. Emma Aastrand Jørgensen will carry the Danish flag
  16. Too much mistakes, especially in the first half But well, I remember people in here being certain that French men's handball was dead, but I guess not!
  17. Danish commentators pretty mad that Judd didn't get the necessary help after the race. Apparently took long before she got any water!
