some of the well known sports streaming channels There are a variety of sites that will stream live events. These are not official sites, and finding a working stream can be a little difficult. The plus side, however, is that you don't need to install any browser plugins in order for them to work. Some of the more popular sites include: FirstRowSports Stream2Watch SportLemon WiZiWiG AllSport Live I am not sure if any of you have used some of these do tell me which are the best

watching an official channel of another country 1. Install a VPN browser extension. One of the easiest ways to watch The Olympics from a country without online coverage or when you don't have a cable provider is to install a VPN extension for your browser. This will allow you to visit another country's broadcasting website (Canada's CBC or UK's BBC, for example) and trick it into thinking you're visiting from within the country. You can install VPN extensions for both Firefox and Chrome. These extensions are available for free, but may be ad-supported. Popular extensions include Hola, MediaHint, and ZenMate. Use this method if you live in the US but don't have a cable subscription, or if you live in a country that doesn't have official streaming broadcasting of the games. 2. Switch your browser to the target country. If you plan on watching through the CBC player, click the extension icon in your browser and select a Canadian server. Your traffic will be routed through that server on the way to the CBC site, making it think you are visiting from within Canada. If you want to watch through the BBC site, use a UK server. 3. Watch the streaming video. You should now be able to access the streaming content as if you were normally accessing the site. You may experience some delay and slow connections as data is transferred between the proxy server, the website, and you.

Beasnt singh in the 800m runs a slow 1.51 and does not qualify for the next round

neeraj in his first throw throws 78.2 and qualifies

Disaster struck Yugant Shekhar Singh of India before the field of finalists was even announced. The 18-year-old tripped over the edge of the pit during warm-ups, and broke his arm while trying to protect himself from the fall. Poor yugant he probably could not have been a medallist but pity he did not get a chance...

it is really difficult to judge how they will do as they weigh down .....

THE RUN WAS REALLY GOOD .............. you can see it here

I was looking at the entry weights in 48 kgs womens ................ Hou zhihui almost surely a gold ( 204 in 2015 ) , Tanasan sopita of thailand seems a very formidable opponent as she seems to have come down a weight category ( she had lifted 200+ as a 53 kg weightlfiter in 2013) - I have no clue how much she can lift now .......... Then there is voung thi huyen of VIE who has a PB of 194 and Miyake of Japan who has 193 , then we have mirkahom with 192 and the indonesian Wahyuni ( 191 ) and Tpe Chen wei ling ( 191) as well ........................so it is going to be close ................... I am just praying she does not come 4th like her coach Kunjarani in 2004 olympics ................

I think most of us would love to catch the best TV live streaming channels. I have always been extremely grateful for some of the suggestions and links given which helped me catch some of the live streaming action in odd events, heats and also twitter feeds and blogs of athletes/ foundations/ NOCs. so it would be great if they are all available at one single point. TOP FREE RIO 2016 OLYMPICS STREAMING CHANNELS BBC iPlayer (UK) Rai TV (Italy) Channel 7 (Australia) CBC (Canada) ARD (Germany) ZDF (Germany) DR TV (Denmark) France TV (France TV) RTVE (Spain) Star Sports (India) TV 2 (Norway) NBC Sports (USA)

good info bro ...waiting for the olympics to start

Good analysis based on ranking - I would like to consider any person ranked over the last 2 years rather than just current ranking ......and if we go by that 2 names can be added Chain was ranked in the top 16 just last year in dec 2015 in 50 m rifle 3 position so can be added to the list and manoj was ranked sixth last year so also can be added ( just a quick point you have added mixed doubles twice and taken jitu once ,,the overall number is the same ) so I think 30 seems to encapsulate the list of all real possibilities

India at the IAAF u20 world championships - day 1 summary - day 2 look forward DAY1 Summary - Great Day for India 1500 meters( M ) - Ajay Saroj came in with a PB 3:44.4 and was in heat 1 and was not expected to make the finals based on PB ..................... came in a close 4th in heat 1 with a time close to his PB 3.44.96 ..... top 3 in each heat get through as well as the fastest two qualifiers ....went into the Finals ( as the top 12 ) as one of the two fastest qualifers ...but his time was incredibly also the 4th fastest in the qualfiers as the other two heats were slower .................Hoping that he can finish in the top 6 in the finals and also beat his personal best ( His PB is the 9th best amongst the 12 finalists ) - Final is on 21st Long Jump( M) - Yugant shekhar started in group B with PB of 7.8 was expected to make the finals ....Jumped a good jump of 7.68 in his second jump ( with a negative wind of -1.0 ) reached the finals with the 5th best jump ......... A medal hope in long jump is possible but difficult as many of them have huge PBs...especially the two cubans......... but hope he can beat his PB and if he comes close to 8 meters a medal is possible, ( His PB is 8th best amongst the Finalists ) ..the final is on 20th 800 meters ( W) - we had 2 participants lili das and abintha mary ......both are fancied junior runners ....abintha came into Heat 3 with the slowest PB of all the runners 2.07.33 in that heat and was not expected to progress , lili came in heat 5 into with a PB - 2.06.64 which was 5th best - and was not expoected to progress ....... Lili did a slow 2.13.45 and finished last in her heat - but I think she has another chance int he 1500 where her chances are better .................... Abintha ( coached by the great PT usha ) did well to clock a 2.06.91 finished 5th in her heat and qualified for the semis ............she is again based on her timing 7th best amongst the heat timings for all comers so a great achievement by her .............. but progressing to the final looks almost impossible for her unless she again beats her personal best once again by a large margin ( she is slowest amongst the 8 semi finalists in her heat in terms of PB ) ......semis is on 20th India at the 2nd day - Look ahead - Lots of action 110 m Hurdles ( round 1) - Maymon poulaose comes in with the heat 2 with the 6th slowest PB amongst his heat based on the PB he should not make it to the next round as he is the 5th slowest in his heat but based on the performance of the others - May he can make the semis.....his event - Indian time 15.15 hrs Triple jump ( prelims ) - sonu kumar PB 15.99- gain based on PB he is approx 20th and not expected to make it to the finals...again hoping he can beat his PB and make the finals - ecvent around 15;30 Hammer throw (prelims) - Ashish Jakkar PB 69 - comes in with one of the lowest PBs amongst all the people in the event - getting to the finals would be a miracle ...bu tthis is an event where we have had no major traction in the past so to have an athelete in the worlds is a great event for us ...... I hope he can beat 70 - his event is india time 16.15 800 m women ( semis ) - abintha in action see above for chances Long jump ( Finals ) - Yugant in action see above for chances both the semis/finals are in the night around 22:00 hrs

http://www.potatogoodness.com/all-about-potatoes/potato-fun-facts-history/ Peru Please !!!!!.........................we peruvians are proud of our potato ...................................................The first permanent potato patches in North America were established in 1719, most likely near Londonderry (Derry), NH, by Scotch-Irish immigrants. From there, the crop spread across the country. By the way before people from US says they invented the chips ( lays or whatever they call them ....interesting name ) ............................................. The earliest known recipe for potato chips is in William Kitchiner's 1822 cookbook The Cook's Oracle, a bestseller in England and the United States; its recipe for "Potatoes fried in Slices or Shavings" reads "peel large potatoes, slice them about a quarter of an inch thick, or cut them in shavings round and round, as you would peel a lemon; dry them well in a clean cloth, and fry them in lard or dripping". .................we colonial brishers call them crisps ................ -

Summer Olympic Games 2016 Team Sizes
nitinsanker replied to MantaRaymarc's topic in Summer Olympic Games Rio de Janeiro 2016
well we got 2 universality positions in swimming almost equivalent to a tripartite / wildcard but I am happy all the rest did it on their own merit -
good analysis kapil The first question is has the number of medal opportunities gone up - yes it has ....the second and more important question is has the number of possible medal opportunities( oppurtunties in the realm of realistic possibility ) in Rio more than London List for London would have been like this ....I am including anyone ranked in the top 10 individual in r sports / top 8 team over the previous 2 years before olympics as realistic medal prospect ) - Luckily I have been maintaining the ranking scores of Indian athletes for the 2006 every year ...so I will try to create this table over the next hour or so

I do not know whether to be happy or sad .................. Ratchanok is such a pleasure to watch ....................... but saina chances improve
