    Jankovic broke the Canadian Record twice in one day which had stood since 2003. And a bronze for the mixed 4x100m medley relay.

    In the end he won silver! another Silver for the mixed 4x50m relay and bronze for Wilm in the 100m back.

    I had no expectations for Arop in this race - this was impressive silver, so close to the gold but that was great.
