  1. True but I believe we can enter up to two boats in each discipline. So there can always be an A boat and B boat in the event.
  2. I could be wrong but I thought a country could have up to 6 athletes in the Kayak events and 3 in the canoe.
  3. I think in my head I just assumed that Leduc broke a record that Crystal Emmanuelle had. Didn’t realize the record was from 1987.
  4. Pickrem was second at the Pro Series - 4:44 not the best time but great to see her do a 400IM, I didn't expect her to ever race it again. Andison was 4th. Kharun won the B final in the 100m fly with a 51.93.
  5. I'm not sure why we subbed in Boyle for Genest, hopefully Laurianne is ok.
  6. Because the team that is in the semi finals won't have enough points to overtake another team? Is that it? It doesn't appear that the semi finals have started yet.
  7. Im assuming that they are all untapered at this meet and aware of what times will likely medal here.
  8. I was staying mum about pointing this out this time haha. But alas not to be.
  9. Oops. For some reason I thought it was best of three.
  10. Very excited to see the 100m freestyle final for women later today. Harvey seems to be on a roll right now and I wonder if she can get another PB.
  11. Logical here but the final is Colombia vs. Canada
  12. This meet is so interesting - some of these folks I expect to go faster and trials and some swimmers are faster here than I expected.
  13. And I think it was a PB for Harvey. Oleksiask dipping under 2mins for the first time since her comeback.
  14. I must admit I don't fully understand the rules off Taekwondo and am unsure how controversial it was.
  15. That’s a huge get for the Canadian team!
  16. It was a smart move to take Kafadar in this event as opposed to the athlete who beat Kraayeveld
  17. Oh wow - I definitely expected Canada to have more of a presence at the last chance qualifiers. It absolutely seems like the right call to focus on fewer crews but ensuring they have the best possible chances but really was expecting Trevor Jones to compete in the men's single.
