    I truly dont know if we would have won all three games had we not received the 6 point penalty but great job at beating it.

    The CBC coverage is so hit or miss - I don't like watching the main feed because there's too many commercials but the swimming feed randomly today has the international commentary and not the Canadian ones.

    The men's team is certainly on the upward trajectory - not sure i the women's team will be assuming Ellie Black is close to retirement.
