I didn't have a final shortlist this year like I normally do but nevertheless, these are some of the songs that missed out on the Irish TAISC selection: Dermot Kennedy - Kiss Me Moncrieff - Perfect CMAT - Every Bottle Is My Boyfriend Cian Ducrot - I'll Be Waiting Picture This - Get On My Love

I'm just catching up on the last session now so I want to hand out a final few thank yous to those who gave some votes to the Irish song in the evening session: @hckošice thank you so much for the 5 points, a lovely surprise to start the session @Hipooo wow, thank you for the 9 points from Czech Republic! Another lovely surprise from Czechoslovakia after the points from Slovakia @IoNuTzZ yay! Thank you for the 10 points from Romania to give us a full set of medals! So glad you liked the song @Cobi thank you to our wonderful host for finding a place for the Irish song in the Spanish points Congratulations to Italy on another TISC win, very well done! Enjoy the celebtrations!! @Henry_Leon@SteveParker@Pablita I want to also wish a huge well done to our silver medal winners on a first ever TISC podium finish, how exciting for @Finnator123 And congratulations to @catgamer on bagging another medal for at our contest! Well done I didn't get to spend as much time as usual watching the contest unfold. It was a big day between celebrating my parent's 52nd wedding anniversary and an Irish Grand Slam victory in the 6 Nations tournament But even in what I did manage to catch I can tell this has been an outstanding edition of the contest and one with lots of drama and excitement. I want to say a huge thank you to our wonderful host @Cobi for delivering a fantastic Grand Final and for welcoming us so to his beloved Spain Go and have some well earned rest now, you deserve it! And finally thanks again to everyone for joining the TISC family once again and continuing to make this contest great and something to look forward to. No matter where you have finished today, you have played a part in making this contest a success and I am grateful for your continued support. See all later in the year for the TISC Open 2023!!

Not sure how the votes combined but I am grateful to the Danish jury @Finnator123 thanks so much for 3 points from Finland!! @amen09 wow!! Thank you Tunisia for the 11 points! What a nice surprise, so glad you liked the song @dcro thank you Croatia for the 2 pts! I'm glad to find some room in your points and that you like it And I also want to congratulate @Griff88 for getting the 12 points from the Irish jury. I absolutely adore Hati Hati Di Jalan . It's such a cool vibe and the singer's voice is just beautiful and is a timeless classic! Before the voting started I thought this would be a battle between and with and being close as well. Looks like I was mostly right but still a long long way to go.

Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying the contest so far, it looks like an exciting voting so far. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to follow it so far as I am out most of the day but thank you so much for all who gave some votes to Ireland. I haven’t had a chance yet to go back through to see where the points came from but I’ll try to go back over the thread later to thank everyone

I finished with the purchasing slot. It is true that the majority of the cheaper class tickets have already gone. I did want to see handball in Day-1 but the only available tickets started at €140 so that was a straight pass for me. Ireland After much deliberation, the Irish National Selection Committee has chosen singer/songwriter Cian Ducrot to represent Ireland at the TISC Annual 2023 in Spain with his single "All For You". I hope you enjoy! Cian Ducrot - All For You Lyrics: I roll over but it's empty You used to lay here beside me I swallow my pride 'cause it's all on me Is it too late? Forgive me Did you mean what you said? Are you angry? Lost more than a friend, now I'm on my knees I don't know why I'm praying tonight But if you can hear me Tell me if you hear me And I should have called And I should have tried And I should have walked you home every night And I should have kissed you ten thousand times Just to tell you I love you I should have done it all All for you, baby But now I'm just a little too late To be what you needed But I hope that he is You took me around but we got nowhere 'Cause you were naïve while I was too scared So when we lit a fire, you ran towards the flares And I stood around and I watched you burn Then I rose up to claim you and left you in the dirt Kept my hands to myself like I kept my word Fool you once, never twice, I guess you've learned And I don't know why I'm praying tonight But if you can hear me Tell me if you hear me And I should have called And I should have tried And I should have walked you home every night And I should have kissed you ten thousand times Just to tell you I love you I should have done it all All for you, baby But now I'm just a little too late To be what you needed But I hope that he is I shouldn't have promised that I'd never fall But you saw the writing all over the walls I try not to cry in the places we'd go to But I still fucking care for you I hope that he calls I hope that he tries I hope that he walks you home every night I hope that he kisses you ten thousand times Just to tell you he loves you

50.45 secs for Rhasidat Adeleke over 400m at indoor meet in Albuquerque!! Fastest ever by an Irish athlete indoors or outdoors and a world lead! Only Shaunae Miller-Uibo and Femke Bol have run quicker indoors in the past 4 years! So excited to see what Adeleke can do this season and beyond

To be honest, I am long past caring about Eurovision or what Ireland sends. I've really tried to be interested in Eurovision in recent years but I think I am getting too old to find anything musically that I enjoy in it and I dislike RTÉ so much that I just can't watch their farcical TV productions (not just talking about Eurosong, I mean in general).

The video is only blocked in the US and Canada (Russia, Belarus, North Korea and South Sudan too but that shouldn’t affect us ). So we’ll check with @Olympian1010 @dezbee2008 and the Canadian jury when they register if they have Spotify because it’s available there. In the meantime if we find a lyric video that has the same version of the song we’ll link that too. Otherwise every other jury will see your video fine, the only issue is for and
