Glen Durrant definitely should have moved over to PDC sooner.

Most of those players will probably not be heard of again as they aren’t good enough to make it to the higher levels of the PDC structure. There wasn’t much money to be made in the BDO anyway in recent years. However a few players could make the transition and as is often the case when BDO players switch over to the PDC they become even better players as they must raise their level. Darts has been becoming more and more international in recent years and I expect that trend to continue in the coming years. Barry Hearn is also the chief of world snooker which has also gradually, if very slowly, been getting more international. Still a long way to go though.

1-3% of the population who are currently infectious seems quite high actually. It's not like 1-3% who had the virus at some point, it's people who have it now and who currently can infect you. That's a lot of people

@hckosice sorry I am not up to date on what’s going on. What is the goal of this mass testing? Is it to discover who currently has the virus only or is it an anti-body test also to see who already had it? Also what if some people pick up the virus after this test, maybe as a result of close contact with others being tested. Is this a once-off mass test?

Yes they can be included and if needs be things can be shuffled around if there is any withdrawal (hopefully we won’t need to)

It looks like for the team event we will have 7 teams of 5 nations each (as long as there are no withdrawals).

I really wanted to vote this evening but unfortunately there is still a little shuffling higher up in my ranking. The 12 points as well as the lower points seem to be fixed now (by fixed I mean stationary and not fixed as in bribed ). 3 songs seem to be moving around so I'll take advantage of another evening of listening

Don't forget the 1-by-1 points reveal that only happens when the competition is still alive going into the last set of votes. So far it has happened 4 times I think? (TISC Open 2013, TISC Open 2015, TISC Open 2017, TISC Annual 2020). It's something we crave every time Other regular occurences include @hckosice getting drunk on a beach and then getting Séamus drunk during the Grand Final.

Not sure if I can host it on Halloween. I guess I could create a Halloween themed draw if someone wants to host it.
