Uruguay is giving itself its best odds to qualify their men's team to the Olympics. Not surprising considering they've put in some resources over the past two years.

While nothing is concrete I suspect the women will have to win the Challenger Series. It is a bit ridiculous that they accepted the water polo teams in 2020, but not the women's rugby sevens team.

Pretty much, but if South Africa finishes in the top 4 then we are likely going to miss a top team while Kenya qualifies.

Great Britain continues to improve after a slow start to the season. Uruguay swaps with Spain for a permanent spot. The top 11 after the next event will remain permanent members while 12-14th plus the challenge series winner will battle it out for the final spot in London.
