Unless there's a last minute entry, only the men's C1 will award a quota, the others will be determined through the world rankings. 1st priority goes to Oceania (needs minimum of 3 nations in the ranking for them to be eligible) and then the rest of the world. As far as I can see the quota won't go to the World Championships

The first tiebreaker causes Hungary to drop out as both Germany & Austria won (and tied each other). The tiebreaker is performed again just between Germany & Austria. Not sure why Austria will automatically advance. The breaker will be through the overall goal difference which Germany currently holds the advantage and could still advance with narrow wins/losses.
