  3. Yes. For those of you who weren’t around…..EPO increases red blood cells. However, these cells can clot & give you a heart attack. The only way to stop it is to exercise every eight hours. So that includes the middle of the night (work it out) at about 01:00 in the morning. Back at the height of TdF doping era about 20 years ago, many teams were somehow smuggling huge amounts of equipment into their Hotel Ibis, Formule 1 etc without being noticed by journalists, race officials, the Gendarmerie etc etc
