See this is what I feared: the guy scored, and I know is good to notice he’s the only (man) to have scored in 5 World Cups, but he was not the hero of the match yesterday. And with the newspapers and media like this it will only make it impossible for him to go to the bench where he should be.

there are so many good players, I think the team is really strong. But the Ronaldo dependency is not good… I think his presence is good, but should be that kind of player that comes in for the last 30 min or so max

Without Ronaldo. Portugal playing without Ronaldo plays as a team, and is - in my opinion - very very good. Not Brazil or Argentina good, but good. With Ronaldo, the team plays entirely for him, and they suck doing that specially with an aged Ronaldo....

Yeah Belgium and Germany, depends on the mood, it's so quick and easy to go to any of them. And actually this year already went to one in the netherlands, valkenburg, inside the caves.

it's normal right? also being an out of europe organized world cup. I was actually expecting some underperformance from european teams due to that and more of a south american world cup this time.

idk i feel the 7-1 was quite more of a painful one. I mean yeah it was not in the final, and it was against German football machine, but 7.... against the football nation, 5 times champion, playing at home in a full yellow-green coloured stadium..... and again, seven goals....

There’s a World Cup fantasy competition organized by my town newspaper, with nice prizes for whoever ends in top three. My prediction was Argentina +5 - 0 Saudi Arabia I also predicted Argentina would be the one who scored the most goals in the group phase, and Saudi Arabia the one who would suffered the most goals. I guess I can forget about the prizes now haha
