    During Polish and Lithuanian women cycling campaign BaltiCCYcle-2016 in Rio to support Rio 2016 Olympics one of Lithuanian female cyclist was attacked, sexually abused, raped and lost her phone, documents and money... Unfortunately cyclist drop behind of the team and where alone when she was attacked.

    Third Lithuanian swimmer (Danas Rapšys) to win medal. Glad not only Meilutytė and Titenis bringing the medals home this time.

    Henrikas Žustautas officially won the fight for Lithuanian quota in C1-200m. After finishing first in Lithuania Open, he finished highest among Lithuanians in World Cup today. The third "match" won't mean anything as the national rule stated that canoer must win 2 out of selected meetings. There was 3 canoers competing for the spot: Henrikas Žustautas (World Junior Champions, European Games Champions), Jevgenij Shuklin (Silver in 2012 Olympics) and Vadim Korobov.

    My personal qualifiers (no particular order):

    Jevgenij Shuklin Canoeing Sprint., silver in C1-200 m in London 2012. Shuklin officialy lost a chance to go to Olympics by finishing third in Trakai Open today. The last two remaining contendars for C1-200m quota is Henrikas Žustautas (99 % chance for him) and Vadim Korobov who surprisingly finished 2nd. Source
