I think, including events where gb have a very good chance e.g mtb, the mens road race is the thing im most looking forward to the entire olympics, so many people from many different countries all capable on this course, im excited to watch all the belgium riders fall out and attack each other, and i love gb's team selection

if its like last time then BBC is almost obsolete in terms of games viewing now. As i understand it, they are only allowed to show any two sports at one time. one on bbc1 and second on bbc3/red button. discovery+ you will be able to watch EVERY session of EVERY sport whenever it is on, like you used to do with bbc for 2012 and 2016 games. The cube/presenters on discovery+ are usually much better than BBC, i will probably only watch BBC for Athletics and Swimming, everything else ESPECIALLY cycling (carlton kirby ) i will have on eurosport/discovery, it is honestly worth the sub, and then just cancel it

With italy, spain, argentina, brazil, and i would include GB underperforming with team qualification compared to usual, Who are the countries that have overperformed in their place?

I think he means that our squad should be better than it is given how strong the british nations are at rugby, we had some good playmakers in the 7s team sure but not one bit of pace in the entire squad, qualifying for the olympics in rugby as gb should be a given i feel

i gave it a chance and watched some today, 3 mins later and that was that. happy with GB qualification i think its about par, women's football was a big disappointment, don't think GB will have a single male judoka going?, and men's skeet (although i believe that is still TBC on quota reallocations?) (rugby can float around here until the final later) event disciplines that should be added? i'll shout it, SHORT TRACK MOUNTAIN BIKING!! no extra athletes required, its a no brainer...... sports to be added, i'd say cricket but thats allready coming, and baseball/softball but that is the same. give breaking its moment and then sling it away

Climbing has exceeded expectations, and with that sneaky men's skateboard quota i'd say the same for skateboarding, shame we didn't get that second BMX spot, and i'm with everyone else is not being too botherd that we didn't get a breaking quota. Would LOVE the 7's spot, especially as it starts before the opening ceremony so will be something stressful to watch
