I'm a bit confused by Shaunae Miller-Uibo's score/qualification. It looks like 2 of her counting scores are from August 2022 which looks like is outside the qualification period or am I wrong?

Mona McSharry made the 200m breaststroke in Canada. Swim Ireland on Twitter saying they’ll allow her compete in it because already had the 100m OQT. Not sure if this is a sign of bad news for Ryan.

Not to overhype things this far out but Rhasidat’s wind assisted 10.84 100m beating Dina Asher Smith and Julien Alfred is really exciting and bodes well for speed over the 400. Here’s hoping the endurance is there too

Rob Hendrick not selected for C1 Slalom for second consecutive games after again securing the spot at World Championships.

Great performances by both teams at the Perth 7s. Hopefully can develop some consistency over the season and translate it into a good performance in Paris! Definite medal contenders now in both - the draw will be vital.
