  9. Probably the best performance we've seen from the pair so far - despite the fact that the match had the worst end they've played in the tournament.
  10. Surely the BBC could have stuck with the curling for the 7th end of the mixed doubles rather than cutting to studio chat about the downhill. Sums up everything that is wrong with BBC coverage of sport - too much talking heads and not enough actual sport

  13. Both Raducanu and Boulter into finals - can't imagine we've had too many occasions when have had finalists in multiple events in the same week. And by reaching the finals, Raducanu overtakes Leylah Fernandez which I think is the first time since 2022 that she's been ranked ahead of the player she defeated in the US Open final.
  14. Disappointing that there's no Andrew Cotter commentary for opening ceremony. He at least makes a bit of effort to bring a bit of levity to what can be a boring program.
  15. Bruce Mouat still not quite bringing his A-game yet. It's not stopping us winning but hopefully he can step it up a bit when we get to the sharp end of the event
  16. The disappointing thing about BBC coverage is that they tend to bury it online so if you don't know it's on and actively go looking for it, you're unlikely to actually find it
  17. You've got to love the British media - they only care about curling for 2 weeks every four years and pretend they know what they are talking about only to come out with lines like "Oh, I didn't realise you could be a full-time curler".
