  1. Women's 50m Breaststroke Gold- Ruta Meilutyte (29.16/WR) Silver- Lily King (29.94) Bronze- Benedetta Pilato (30.04)
  2. WR for Meilutyte in the women's 50m breaststroke!
  3. Men's 50m Backstroke Gold- Hunter Armstrong (24.05) Silver- Justin Ress (24.24) Bronze- Jiayu Xu (24.50)
  4. If she keeps this up we could also have a shot at medalling in the final. And although we're probably going to secure a quota either way, it would be nice to qualify a relay to Paris 2024 before Doha.
  5. Newman has the bar raised to 4.83m, which would be a new Canadian record + PB should she clear it.
  6. She's been struggling badly this year, certainly wasn't expecting that...
  7. Newman up and over 4.61m!
  8. Newman and Newell only ones left. Both cleared 4.31, with the bar now up to 4.41. Edit: Both passed, 4.46m now.
  9. 78.73m PB (And I believe Canadian Record) for Ethan Katzburg in the final round of men's hammer throw! Also breaches the 78.20m QS for Paris 2024!
  10. Canada qualifying in first is a surprise

  16. Backstroke is also a weak stroke for our men.
  17. Final day of the World Aquatic Championships
