Is there a possibility to have a music contest in which every participant can pick any song from any country no matter what year produced? All participants would vote similar as in Eurovision or by the rules you have here (I didn't follow much, I admit). Every song once used by somebody, would not be able to be picked again for 10 editions, let's say. What do you think about this idea? PS: I will read all rules used here the next week.
