[FANTASY CONTESTS] Biathlon Manager Game Discussion Thread

An example to clarify. (The points used in the example are so low because it makes it much easier for me to add them up ) : Let's say you have J.T. Boe on your team. He has scored 150 points overall. You would like to earn some points via the transfer system, so you choose to sell J. T. Boe. You then choose to buy L. Hofer for your team to replace J. T. Boe. Hofer has scored 80 points overall. The difference is +70 points (150-80), so 70 points are added to your total score. Let's say the 10 biathletes on your team have scored a total of 670 points overall. You decide to make the aforementioned transfer. Your total score will then be 740 (670+70) when the next WC round starts. I hope this has clarified how the transfer system works. -

If your prediction is that Nation 2 is going to win, then type point difference in appropriate Cell of T2 Column. In case you think the match is going to end with a tie (draw), type 0 in any of the corresponding Cells. CRO 8 MNE means nothing. And please, write your Totallympics username, so the contest manager can know who actually sent predictions. Every contestant MUST HIDE own predictions. To do that, you have only to delete the space between the bracket "[" and the text "hide" in "[ hide]" at the beginning of prediction post. All this discussion about "Carmen" has made me think. What are your favourite piece/s of classical music? I have a long list of pieces of classical music I love. I will probably make a top 12 or maybe a top 20 one day. But as it is almost New Year's Eve here in Denmark, why not end the year with a piece of music many people here in Denmark associate with New Year.
-
I sort of feel "Gossip Girl" was a big hit in Poland.

It's a shame that lesbians can be laughed at and gay men can end up in a physical confronration just for holding hands. I don't understand why people would make comments about two men or two women holding hands while a man and a woman holding hands don't have that effect?
-
I prefer facts. Why would men have it worse than women?
-
@Agger Many great songs on your list. I did also consider to have Rammstein "Deutschland" and Aldous Harding "The Barrel" in my top 12. Nick Cave's album, "Ghosteen" is one of the best album in many years.
-
@Monzanator Would two men or two women holding hands be shouted at if they walked through a Polist town?
