The biathlon I watched didn't feel like Biathlon at all. If the right things are not told half of the interest is gone. I just hope the individual races will be nicer, Norway seem to be winning the rest of them with that ski speed.

First they only were comparing the teams with 2018 Olympics performance then from great difficulty had some stats from the season, she has 5 podiums, he has 3 podiums blah blah.. I bet they knew nothing in detail abt the World Cups or the athletes except for who are brothers who are the sisters competing today.

Wierer was very good in Antholz with good ski speed and shooting then today there's nothing of it at all. Perhaps she peaked early with her ski form same with Hana Sola who has gone downhill after Oberhof.

The way Eckhoff made 14s each loop on Wierer or the performance of Roiseland or JT Boe is not good at all. It might make the sport booring.

Points to be noted at the end of 1st biathlon event : 1. Terrible Graphics 2. Poor commentary 3. Not so good looking course 4. Norway may dominate again thanks to their superior ski speed

That was a terrible comparison. Archery World Cups and World Champs are followed by a huge proportion of people in the world across asia and in bits in colombia and Europe and rest of Americas. Moreover archery scoring is crystal clear and easy unlike slopestyle, halfpipe, big air.

Wind speeds will be 8-10kmph all day unlike today when it was in 20s..So u may just have the downhill. Ideally wake up and check if it's delayed go back to sleep

Snowboarding slopestyle was just about watchable, ice hockey was good, ski jumping not watchable at all for most just convinced them better events are in the afternoon... I am having hopes on biathlon and short track, really suites the Indian audience - interesting, clear, unpredictable.

In a suprise we are getting close to 13 hours of games and pre event and post event analysis of sport, so many of my friends are giving it a try

No chances. Vasnetcova, Tregubov and Semyenov are out of Olympics and their replacements are on their way.

I'll watch some of it live some after the games end. The one's I'll watch now Biathlon Snowboarding ( PGS, Cross) Short Track Skeleton Bobsleigh Luge Moguls Aerials Alpine Skiing Cross Country Skiing Sprint Ind and Team, women's mass start 30km I'll watch others maybe later on. But Figure Skating isn't something on my list even for future, pretty long and boring. Ice Hockey is another sport which I can't watch too much maybe 1 full match in 1 month that's it. Big Air, Ski Jumping all can be left out without any thoughts.

Valeria Vasnetcova out due to covid, Evgenia Burtasova in and will likely be in the women's relay.

That's pretty sad to hear. Hope she recovers soon. I am pretty excited of watching almost the entire short track program on TV for the first time ever so I hope it's just a false positive and I can see her just like all others .
