    I don't know about the 2nd part but yeah Asian nations are sending bigger contingents being nearby. Our squad in 2019 was almost half and if such games happen in Americas maybe still smaller squad of 50-60 maybe sent.

    It does. We have 25m/50m and 10m specialist. Iran has the same athlethes in both + few specialist. If it was exact same then 6 would be enough. 6 per gender are enough to participate in all rifle pistol events including team. They have 8 so few specialist too.

    Not at all. Maximum shooters allowed is 5 each in rifle in men and women. Pistol has no such rule. Iran may have the 6-7 rifle shooters and rest pistol 6-7 most of whom may be there in 2 events and as 25RFP doesn't exist easy for selection in men's pistol and 1-2 shotgun

    3rd gold for the day. Good for Bhaker but she's only going to focus on 25m pistol where she's qualified to world champs and AG. Leading a global multi sports event medal table!!

    Elavenil has been really struggling in domestic front or say there is just too much competition here so she's not in any WC or Asian Games squad. However she's one of the better shooters in final match score in intl tournaments but she has to make it to top 3 in domestic trials

    Our best performance is 5 medals including 1G. I think 3G and 15+ medals will be good at these games

    It's very old rumour. Due to Olympics I doubt this will happen since I see them participating in at least 8 sports at the games. Having a Russia International Games in 2025 will be fun though

    Why some events only 2 or 3 quotas. If an athelete qualified in another the next best finished athlete should qualify right?

    Cricket is still the most diverse among them with any of the top 14 teams able to beat other and then if you consider suprises like the then 20th rank Namibia beating Sri Lanka at T20 WC who won Asia Cup a month ago or even the world cup finalist England and Pakistan losing to 10th and 11th ranked Ireland and Zimbabwe at the same WC. Pakistan reached semis only bcz the Dutch stunned South Africa. Can you tell me such instances in those 4 sports ? I mean outside the Americas I guess it's difficult
