well, assuming Ecuador has not scored against Brazil exactly 10 years, thats probably the end... very, very disappointing tournament for there were definitely much bigger expectations but the boys could not somehow deliver...

Uruguay defeated Paraguay with a dobtful penalty and our national team had a victory with the weakest team of all in most part of sports in South America, i like the attitude to play seriously all the match, with the result assured in the beginning, something not common in this part of the world....

Too bad Peru qualified...nothing against them, but Paraguay really deserved to qualify considering their will to keep fighting even after the referee's horrible red card decision

and we have 2nd PSO in this tournament , I'm against not having extra time in such tournaments , but with this horrible level of Copa America maybe the worst ever it's very good such a waste of time to have another 30 boring minutes

Copa America has this penalty shootout instead of extra time rule for a long while now. Since 2001 or 2004 IIRC.
