Jakar Khan finished 4th in final of Single Sculls and pair of Arjun Lal jat and Arvind Singh finish 2nd in final of Lightweight Double Sculls. Can anyone confirm did they qualify

Only Lightweight Double Sculls pairing qualified as there is a policy of one Boat per NOC for Continental qualifiers.
