shot put M - Inderjeet  singh - 19.28 (already qualify OG 20:50)

3000m sc W - Parul Chaudhari - 10:46:92 (OS - 9:45)

3000m sc M -Naveen Kumar 8:44:00 (OG - 8:30.00) awsome performence by him

Hammer throw M -Neeraj Kumar 70.46 NR (OG - 77 m )

Great Run by Jinson ..................... he is closing in on the oldest Indian atheletics record by the great sriram singh ....The mythical 1:45:57 at the montreal olympics 40 years ago......... hope he is able to break it ........................does he have any Rio chances ......and he was behind the rio mark by just 0.43 seconds ........... how did the others do in the 800m ............ Sajeesh etc, Lalit ..could any others break the 1:47  ......Sajeesh has been in such poor form ,..... and has been having so many opportunities ....I wish Jinson had more opportunities

in interstate due to bad weather we miss 4-5 quota already ...neeraj 3000 ..tj ..women long jump..800 m johnson..etc
