Purav / Divj have won the 2nd tournament on the trot.....Purav would be ranked near to top 90 in the next update and Divj to be around 110...

Good hope by next Olympics we would have representation in Singles, Doubles and Mixed. Sania might continue till next Olympics. Hope Yuki, Ramkumar if lucky Saketh if he hangs till then to make the cut in Singles. Hope This pair makes in Doubles and if Rohan continues till next Olympics would be a good chances.

Tokyo - 2020

Personally, not too happy with that. Would have always gone with Leander

Yeah 7th Olympics for Leander. What a legend. And we shall see how far the technically correct pairing of bopanna n sania goes at Rio. I will be surprised if they go too far

Vikas Krishan to fight his second pro bout shortly which will make him eligible for pro qualifiers.

Who else thinks most of the boxing Gold medals at Rio will be won by pro boxers. Even if big stars don't participate, the new pros like Vijender will definitely have an upper hand there. By performance and also by AIBA judges(which is too mainstream now).

Pros will be favoured big time by AIBA keeping in mind that more success to pros in Rio, more pros in Tokyo.

Technically , Marathon swimming for India should be dated only 12th June. Because the womens category race will take place on 11th and the mens on 12th. Only two male swimmers are participating for India. So 11th June has nothing to do with India.

Not sure if it was the NOC or the biathlon federation (I assume the latter) that put him in the Livigno training 'world' with a former Italian biathlete as coach, but they can definitely also be blamed:  almost everyone involved in that shitshow got the motivation just sucked out of them by the methods and shitty atmosphere until they either retired or changed country
